Google Play Testing & Setup Process
Application Received • Manual Testing Group Authorization
Thank you for applying to test uRun Captains. We manually add each runner's Google email () to our Google Play Console testing track. Here is the exact process and how to download the app once your email is added.

Manual Group Authorization: Our development team reviews your submission and manually adds your email () to the Google Play Console testing track.

Official Invitation Email from Google Play: Once authorized, you will receive an official automated notification email directly from Google Play confirming that your account has been added to test uRun.

Download & Install from Google Play: Open the Google Play Store app on your Android phone, ensure you are active on , search for "uRun Athletics Club" (or tap the direct link in your Google Play invite email), and tap "Install".

Launch & Captain Sign-In: Open uRun and sign in using your registered email. Your Captain privileges and campus subscriptions are pre-provisioned and ready.
Our team adds tester batches throughout the day. Once your email is saved in Google Play Console, Google's edge servers typically take 15 to 45 minutes (and occasionally up to 2 hours during global server syncs) to reflect on your physical device.
Just wait after accepting the invite and check back like every 30 minutes for the store to update.
Apple TestFlight Testing & Setup Process

Thank you for applying to test uRun Captains. We manually register your Apple ID () in App Store Connect / TestFlight. Here is the exact process and how to download the app once your email is added.

Official TestFlight Email from Apple: You will receive an official invitation email directly from Apple TestFlight (sender:
[email protected]) with the subject "uRun Athletics Club has invited you to test uRun". -

Install the Apple TestFlight App: If not already installed, download the free Apple TestFlight app from the Apple App Store on your iPhone.

Accept & Download Beta: Open the official TestFlight email on your iPhone and tap "View in TestFlight" (or copy the redemption code). In TestFlight, tap "Accept", then tap "Install".

Launch & Captain Sign-In: Open uRun from your home screen (it will display an orange beta dot) and sign in using your registered email.
Our team adds tester batches throughout the day. Once registered with Apple, TestFlight automated invitation emails are typically dispatched by Apple's servers within 5 to 30 minutes (up to 1 hour during Apple server queue times).
Just wait after accepting the invite and check back like every 30 minutes for the store to update.
Huawei AppGallery Testing & Setup Process

AppGallery permissions typically sync within 1 to 2 hours. To refresh cache, open Huawei AppGallery > Me > Settings > Clear Cache.
